This hotel is fantastic! The location is perfect - just a short walk to the train station and the rope way. The staff here are so friendly and polite, they really make you feel welcome. The food is absolutely delicious, and there are many different onsens to choose from, which is a nice touch. The service is truly exceptional - when my daughter broke her leg while skiing, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They took us to the hospital, helped us purchase a wheelchair, and provided support in every way possible. I can't thank them enough!
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Beautiful views from the room and onsen, and delicious dinners were the best aspects of my stay. The staff was kind and helpful. the hotel's location was convenient for skiing and shopping.
There were some negatives during my Christmas stay. The breakfast options were not satisfactory, and there were no good nearby options during the holiday season.

Great food, spectacular views, and plenty of activities. the private baths were a treat, as were the themed onsens. the convenience of being close to ski resorts was also a plus. the tatami mat rooms were clean and spacious.
The hotel's smoking policy was disappointing, with secondhand smoke permeating the breakfast area. the staff did not speak much English which made communication difficult.

The room with the hot tub on the balcony at the hotel was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the relaxing soak while watching the snow fall outside, creating a truly unforgettable experience. The service provided by the staff was also exceptional - they were welcoming, attentive, and very polite. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, our stay at this hotel was overall fantastic. I would highly recommend it to others.

This location is perfect for those looking to enjoy nature, with a stunning waterfall right in front of the hotel and a slope that offers breathtaking views. It's also conveniently close to the train station. The staff is helpful and warm, and the rooms are clean with cozy tatami beds. The private dinner room is a standout feature, and the onsen facilities are excellent.
The breakfast buffet lacked vegetarian and western options, making it difficult for some travelers to enjoy.
